User Handbook

Status: planned. This section will hold the user handbook: how to install BayanDocs, open and edit documents, collaborate, and get help. It is written as the product grows, starting in Phase 1 (see plan/04-roadmap.md and the documentation work packages in workpackages/phase-1/docs.md).
