Developer Guide

Status: planned. This section will hold the contributor and developer guides: how to set up each repository, build and test it, and find your way around the code. Work package DOCS-002 writes the first guides once the repository scaffolds exist. Until then, start with AGENTS.md and plan/03-architecture.md.

Available now:

• GitHub Settings Baseline: the organization’s and repositories’ GitHub settings as code, and how an owner checks and applies them.
• Dependency update runbook: the step-by-step procedure for the monthly dependency update session and the security-alert session in each repository, and the checks that enforce the dependency policy.
